2. May I transport the stone by airplane?
There are no obstacles. For the airport authorities, it is just a stone.
3. Will I need special equipment to reach the exact coordinates?
No. All locations are chosen to be reachable by car. In rare cases, you have to walk up to about 30 minutes.
4. Is the adventure stone an appropriate gift for elderly people or for people with mobility challenges?
Of course! Just notify us when you fill out the order in the supplementary field for clarifications on the data page. Thus we will input additional criteria into the SAI (Secret Adventure Indicator), to exclude the locations, that require travel on foot.
5. When will I know which country my stone is from?
As soon as you receive your stone.
6. How do I order an adventure stone for a blind person?
The same as for everyone else, but when you make the request, on the details page in the additional comments box, let us know that the recipient is blind. In this case, the standard shipment will also include an audio file replacing the letter. Please specify what language you would like the audio to be in and we will do our best to make it happen.
7. Is an adventure stone a suitable gift for someone who does not live in Europe?
Of course, as long as the recipient is willing to travel to Europe. Adventurers live all over the world.
8. Are there any discounts?
If you wish to order more than 5 Adventure stones from the same buyer for the same address, give us a call.
9. Are there any other destinations outside Europe?
For now, our destinations are only in Europe. Stay tuned for Asia spots!
10. Does Adventure Stone offer health insurance for traveling abroad?
No, but we advise our customers to have one while traveling.
11. Does Adventure Stone arrange the accommodation at the destination?
No. That is up to you.
12. Does Adventure Stone arrange the transport to the destination?
No. That is up to you.
13. Can I choose the country my stone is from?
No. The lack of choice of your destination is part of the adventure. The SAI (Secret Adventure Indicator) selects it for you. But in the section where you fill in your details, there is an option that allows you to turn off up to two countries.
